Review: See attached pictures and tell me they are fresh!

As others have mentioned, I hate to do this to small local businesses, but the service was really poor. While communicating with you, they seem very nice and friendly, but there is a reason why they are cheaper than others. We ordered boutonnieres for a family wedding and when we received them, it was very clear and evident that they were not fresh.

Also, they changed some of the flowers around from what we were actually expecting without telling us in advance OR EVEN AT THE SHOP! I mean, I understand that if some deliveries were delayed etc, this kind of stuff can happen and it may have resulted in a 4* review as opposed to a 1*, but they didn’t even mention it to me and were hoping for us not to realiise it. When I pointed it out to them, they said ‘Oh, we had to make a change since the delivery didn’t arrive on time’. No apology or anything else.

The attached pictures say it all. They were taken within probably 15-20 minutes of picking them up (basically how they looked when I received them).

Never returning back again, which is a shame as this is the closest shop to my home and we have several more family weddings coming up over the next 3-4 years.
