Review: Awful experience having a bouquet of flowers delivered via Deliveroo with a very incompetent driver, however I called Flur flowers directly & a lovely Brazilian lady was very helpful & understanding & made sure my Mum received her lovely bunch of flowers from me. Very difficult when I am on the other side of the world in Dubai having to follow up orders & call customer service & the delivery drivers BUT Flur were lovely & professional! Will order directly with them next time
