Review: Awful experience. Owner was initially polite, however as I and my partner were admiring one of the pre made dried flower arrangements the ‘gentleman’ in the shop shouted loudly at me ‘DONT TOUCH’ as I was pointing out an arrangement to my partner. I am a 45 year old woman and to be shouted at like I am a five year old child was unacceptable. I immediately left. I will spend my money at Dansk in Islington Upper Street where the arrangements and attitude have never failed to impress me. The only reason I would ever enter this shop again is to tell them that with their high prices and average arrangements they can most definitely afford to have better manners. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Review: Update: Flowerstalk provided an additional bunch free of charge. It’s much appreciated. I do believe there was a mistake made as even with the weight explanation, the first bunch I received weighed far more. Maybe I was accidentally provided 2 bunches the first time around? Regardless, I will be returning to Flowerstalk for my eucalyptus as long as it is meeting my needs.
The first time I purchased a bunch of eucalyptus stems and it was £19.50 and contained about 16-18 stems. The next time it was the same price and I only received 7 stems. I’m hoping this was an honest mistake and that they will make good. Will update.

Review: Beautiful organically grown flowers and plants! Bought a pre made bouquet for my girlfriend and she loved them! They smell great too!

Review: Quite an awful experience. My first experience there was quite alright. I bought a few primrose plants and was served by a lady. Quite uneventful.
Then I went there a second time and there was this middle aged man there who was extremely rude and voilent. 5 mins into my visit, I asked him a question about the blooming season of a plant and he got annoyed. He refused to serve me and asked me to leave to premises without giving any reason why even though I asked politely numerous times. When I was at the door on my way out trying to reason with him, he pushed me out, kicked my leg and slammed the door on my face sayng the shop is private property.
Quite shocking and disturbing.

Review: Absolutely awful experience at Flowerstalk in West Hampstead.
The shopkeeper was unbelievably rude. He treated me with nothing but attitude and hostility when I simply asked him about the blooming season for a plant. He doesn’t like answering questions which is baffling for someone running a shop. If you enjoy being treated like a nuisance instead of a paying customer, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere—there are plenty of other shops who actually treat customers with respect.
Avoid at all costs.
